Organic Baby Clothes FARMINGTON

Before I had my children, I never really thought I would join a mothers group. However, now that I have become a new mother, chatting to other women about what is going on in my life has benefited me immensely. We discuss how we bring up our children, what to do and not to do, we share meal plans, and we like to chat about the newest baby fashions we have bought.
I more often than not meet with 4 other women, once a week, to find out the latest new. We often meet at Taste of Asia (which is in FARMINGTON, MI) as that is fairly central for all of us. Last month was really interesting as we discussed organic baby clothing. I have been feeding my baby girl organic produce from the start but I had not considered getting organic clothing for her.
Cotton is one of the most popular products in the US and one of the most devastating to the habitat and to farm employees. The run off from cotton farms has destroyed ecosystems and in particular water ways. Organic produce is made without using artificial fertilisers and pesticides. Alternatively, organic farming relies on things like crop rotation, improving soils naturally, and using organic pest control practices.
You can buy beautiful organic baby outfits online from a number of stores. Sckoon has some of the cutest organic baby apparel.

Benefits of Choosing Organic Products
Buying organic produce means you are purchasing produce which have been produced in an eco friendly manner, or at a minimum in a way which causes less damage to the environment. No or a reduction in the use of insecticides and fertilizers means less pollution of our farms and waterways, reduced cancers for farm employees, and fewer health risks for our babies and children by reducing their contact with dangerous chemicals.
A number of makers of baby clothes also make a range of organic clothes or you can find retailers completely committed to organic baby clothing. Anyway, there are a lot of brands to choose from and all ages are taken care of, from infants to older children. Of course, organic clothing for men and women is also available and I am looking into that for myself and my husband.
I do not think that I am just going to buy organic cotton or bamboo clothes (which is a great alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my children but I am without a doubt going try to whenever I can.
