Long before I had my baby, I had not thought I would belong to a mothers group. However, now that I am finally a mum, chatting to other women about what is going on in my life has been a huge help. I more often than not get together with 2 other women, once a month, to catch up on the latest gossip. Buying organic clothing means you are buying products which have been produced in an environmentally friendly manner, or at least in a way which causes less pollution of soils and waterways. No or less use of insecticides and fertilizers means less pollution of our land and rivers, less diseases for farm workers, and fewer health risks for children by reducing their contact with toxic chemicals.

Anyway, there are a lot of designs to choose from and all ages are taken care of, from toddlers to older children. Naturally, organic clothes for men and women is also obtainable and I am looking into that for myself and my partner.

I am not saying that I am only ever going to buy organic cotton or bamboo clothing (which is a great alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my child but I am definitely going try to whenever I can.
