Organic Baby Clothes COLUMBIA

Back before I had my children, I never imagined I would be part of a mothers group. However, now that I am finally a mum, talking to other parents about what is going on in my life has benefited me immensely. We chat about how we raise our children, what to do and not to do, we share meal plans, and we love to discuss the newest baby outfits we have picked up.
I more often than not get together with 3 other parents, once a week, to hear about the latest happenings. We generally meet at Rushs - No 6 (which is in COLUMBIA, SC) as that is fairly central for all of us. Last time was really eye opening seeing we discussed organic baby clothes. I have been giving my baby boy organic meals from day one but I had not considered buying organic clothing for her.
Cotton is one of the most widely grown products in the US and one of the most harmful to the ecosystem and to farm workers. The run off from these farms has damaged habitats and particularly water supplies. Organic produce is grown without the need for artificial fertilisers and insecticides. Instead, organic farming depends upon things like crop rotation, enhancing soils naturally, and using organic insect control practices.
You can buy beautiful organic baby apparel online from a number of shops. Sckoon has some gorgeous organic baby clothes.

Benefits of Organic Baby Clothing
Getting organic clothes means you are purchasing clothes which have been produced in an eco friendly manner, or at the very least in a way which causes less contamination of our habitat. No or less use of pesticides and synthetic fertilisers means less pollution of our land and rivers, less health problems for farm workers, and fewer health risks for our babies and children by moderating their contact with potentially dangerous chemicals.
Many wholesalers of baby clothes also make a range of organic clothes or you can find wholesalers completely committed to organic baby fashion. Thankfully, there are a lot of designs to choose from and all ages are catered for, from toddlers to older children. Obviously, organic clothes for men and women is also available and I am looking into that for myself and my partner.
I am not saying that I am just going to buy organic cotton or bamboo cotton clothing (which is a good alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my baby but I am most definitely going try to whenever I can.
