Back before I had my children, I never imagined I would be part of a mothers group. However, now that I am finally a mum, talking to other parents about what is going on in my life has benefited me immensely. Getting organic clothes means you are purchasing clothes which have been produced in an eco friendly manner, or at the very least in a way which causes less contamination of our habitat. No or less use of pesticides and synthetic fertilisers means less pollution of our land and rivers, less health problems for farm workers, and fewer health risks for our babies and children by moderating their contact with potentially dangerous chemicals.

Thankfully, there are a lot of designs to choose from and all ages are catered for, from toddlers to older children. Obviously, organic clothes for men and women is also available and I am looking into that for myself and my partner.

I am not saying that I am just going to buy organic cotton or bamboo cotton clothing (which is a good alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my baby but I am most definitely going try to whenever I can.
