Organic Baby Clothes CLINTON

Long before I had my children, I had not believed I would join a mothers group. Be that as it may, now that I am finally a mother, being able to talk to other women about what is happening in my life has really helped me. We chat about how we bring up our children, what to do and not to do, we share meal plans, and we love to chat about the most recent baby outfits we have purchased.

I usually get together with 3 other parents, once a month, to hear about the latest new. We often meet at Grand Apizza Shoreline Inc (which is in CLINTON, CT) as that is quite central for all of us. Last time was particularly interesting because we discussed organic baby clothing. I have been feeding my baby girl organic food from the start but I had not considered getting organic clothing for her.

Cotton is one of the most popular products in the world and one of the most ruinous to the environment and to farm employees. The run off from these farms has ruined ecosystems and particularly water bodies. Organic cotton is grown without the need for artificial fertilisers and chemicals. Rather, organic farming depends upon things like crop rotation, raising the quality of soils naturally, and using eco friendly pest control methods.

You can buy beautiful organic baby outfits online from a number of retailers. Sckoon has some gorgeous organic baby clothes.

Benefits of Choosing Organic Products

Getting organic clothes means you are getting products which have been produced in an environmentally friendly manner, or at a minimum in a way which causes less damage to soils and waterways. No or reduced use of herbicides and fertilizers means less pollution of our farms and rivers, reduced health problems for farm workers, and fewer health risks for children by moderating their contact with toxic chemicals.

Several producers of baby clothes also produce a range of organic items or you can find stores solely dedicated to organic baby clothes. Thankfully, there are a lot of designs to choose from and all ages are provided for, from babies to older children. Of course, organic clothes for men and women is also available and I am looking into that for myself and my partner.

I do not think that I am only ever going to purchase organic cotton or bamboo clothes (which is a good alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my child but I am absolutely going try to whenever I can.
