Organic Baby Clothes BELLEVILLE

Back before I had my children, I never believed I would join a mothers group. Be that as it may, now that I am finally a new mother, chatting to other women about what is going on in my life has benefited me immensely. We discuss how we bring up our children, what to do and not to do, we share meal plans, and we like to chat about the most recent baby clothes we have purchased.
I usually meet with 4 other women, once a fortnight, to hear about the latest gossip. We generally meet at House of China III (which is in BELLEVILLE, IL) as that is pretty central for all of us. Last time was more exciting because we chatted about organic baby clothes. I have been giving my baby boy organic produce from day one but I had not considered purchasing organic clothing for her.
Cotton is one of the most widely grown plants in America and one of the most devastating to the ecosystem and to farmers. The run off from cotton farms has ruined the environment and in particular water supplies. Organic cotton is produced without the use of artificial fertilisers and insecticides. Rather, organic farming depends on things like crop rotation, raising the quality of soils naturally, and using organic pest control methods.
Benefits of Organic Baby Clothing
Getting organic products means you are getting products which have been produced in an eco-friendly manner, or at a minimum in a way which causes less damage to soils and waterways. No or a reduction in the use of herbicides and fertilizers means less pollution of our land and lakes, reduced health problems for farm employees, and fewer health risks for our children by moderating their contact with toxic chemicals.
Quite a few wholesalers of baby clothes also sell a range of organic clothing or you can find companies entirely committed to organic baby clothes. Either way, there are a lot of brands to choose from and all ages are catered for, from infants to adolescents. Obviously, organic fashion for men and women is also obtainable and I am looking into that for myself and my partner.
I do not think that I am only going to get organic cotton or bamboo cotton clothing (which is a good alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my baby but I am definitely going try to whenever I can.
