Back before I had my baby, I had not thought I would be part of a mothers group. Anyhow, now that I am finally a mother, talking to other parents about what is going on in my life has benefited me immensely. Buying organic clothes means you are purchasing produce which have been produced in an eco-friendly manner, or at the very least in a way which causes less pollution of soils and waterways. No or less use of insecticides and fertilizers means less pollution of our farms and rivers, reduced cancers for farm workers, and fewer health risks for our babies and children by reducing their contact with toxic chemicals.

Either way, there are a lot of marks to choose from and all ages are provided for, from babies to adolescents. Of course, organic clothing for men and women is also obtainable and I am looking into that for myself and my husband.

I would not go as far to say that I am only ever going to get organic cotton or bamboo cotton clothing (which is a fantastic alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my children but I am absolutely going try to whenever I can.
