Before I had my baby, I had not believed I would belong to a mothers group. Be that as it may, now that I am finally a new mother, being able to talk to other mothers about what is happening in my life has been a huge help. We discuss how we raise our children, what to do and not to do, we share meal plans, and we love to discuss the most recent baby fashions we have purchased.

Benefits of Organic Baby Clothing

Getting organic products means you are purchasing clothes which have been produced in an eco friendly manner, or at a minimum in a way which causes less damage to soils and waterways. No or less use of herbicides and fertilisers means less pollution of our land and rivers, reduced diseases for farm employees, and fewer health risks for children by moderating their contact with toxic chemicals.

Many retailers of baby clothes also sell a range of organic clothes or you can find designers solely dedicated to organic baby fashion. Thankfully, there are a lot of marks to choose from and all ages are catered for, from babies to adolescents. Naturally, organic fashion for men and women is also obtainable and I am looking into that for myself and my husband.

I do not think that I am only going to purchase organic cotton or bamboo clothes (which is a fantastic alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my baby but I am without a doubt going try to whenever possible.
