Before I had my first child, I never thought I would belong to a mothers group. However, now that I am finally a new mother, being able to talk to other mothers about what is going on in my life has really helped me. Purchasing organic produce means you are purchasing products which have been produced in an environmentally friendly manner, or at least in a way which causes less pollution of our habitat. No or reduced use of herbicides and fertilisers means less pollution of our soils and rivers, less diseases for farm workers, and fewer health risks for our babies and children by moderating their contact with dangerous chemicals.

Anyway, there are a lot of designs to choose from and all ages are provided for, from babies to adolescents. I would not go as far to say that I am just going to purchase organic cotton or bamboo clothing (which is a great alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my children but I am absolutely going try to whenever it is available.
