Back before I had my first child, I had not believed I would belong to a mothers group. Be that as it may, now that I am a mum, chatting to other parents about what is taking place in my life has benefited me immensely. Buying organic produce means you are purchasing produce which have been produced in an eco-friendly manner, or at the very least in a way which causes less contamination of soils and waterways. No or reduced use of insecticides and fertilizers means less pollution of our land and lakes, reduced cancers for farmers, and fewer health risks for our children by moderating their contact with dangerous chemicals.
