Baby Clothes ST AUGUSTINE

Back before I had my children, I never really imagined I would belong to a mothers group. However, now that I am a mother, chatting to other women about what is taking place in my life has really helped me. We talk about how we raise our children, what to do and not to do, we share baby food recipes, and we love to talk about the newest baby fashions we have picked up.
I more often than not go out with 4 other parents, once a fortnight, to catch up on the latest gossip. We often meet at Guesthouse Inn - St. Augustine (which is in ST AUGUSTINE, FL) as that is quite central for all of us. Last time was really interesting as we discussed baby clothes. I have been giving my baby boy organic meals from day one but I had not considered purchasing organic clothing for her.
Cotton is one of the most popular plants in the world and one of the most ruinous to the environment and to farm employees. The run off from these farms has ruined the environment and in particular water ways. Organic produce is produced without using artificial fertilisers and pesticides. Rather, organic farming depends upon things like crop rotation, improving soils naturally, and using organic insect control methods.
You can purchase organic cotton baby outfits online from a number of retailers. Sckoon is my favourite for organic baby apparel.

Benefits of Organic Clothing
Purchasing organic clothing means you are purchasing produce which have been produced in an environmentally friendly manner, or at least in a way which causes less damage to the environment. No or less use of herbicides and synthetic fertilisers means less pollution of our soils and waterways, less diseases for farmers, and fewer health risks for children by reducing their contact with dangerous chemicals.
Quite a few makers of baby clothes also produce a range of organic clothing or you can find shops solely dedicated to organic baby clothes. Anyway, there are a lot of brands to choose from and all ages are taken care of, from toddlers to teenagers. Of course, organic fashion for men and women is also available and I am looking into that for myself and my man.
I am not saying that I am only ever going to get organic cotton or bamboo clothes (which is an excellent alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my baby but I am most definitely going try to whenever possible.
