Baby Clothes SOUTH HERO

Back before I had my children, I never really imagined I would be part of a mothers group. However, now that I am a new mother, chatting to other women about what is happening in my life has benefited me immensely. We discuss how we bring up our children, what to do and not to do, we share baby food recipes, and we enjoy being able to chat about the latest baby outfits we have picked up.
I usually get together with 2 other mothers, once a week, to catch up on the latest gossip. We often meet at South Wind Market (which is in SOUTH HERO, VT) as that is quite central for all of us. Last time was really eye opening because we talked about organic baby clothing. I have been providing my baby girl organic food from the beginning but I had never thought about buying organic clothing for her.
Cotton is one of the most broadly grown products in the world and one of the most harmful to the habitat and to farmers. The run off from cotton farms has ruined ecosystems and especially water supplies. Organic cotton is made without the use of artificial fertilisers and insecticides. Instead, organic farming relies on things like crop rotation, raising the quality of soils naturally, and using eco friendly pest control techniques.
You can purchase soft organic cotton baby clothes online from a number of shops. Sckoon has some of the cutest organic baby clothing.

Benefits of Choosing Organic Products
Buying organic products means you are getting clothes which have been produced in an environmentally friendly manner, or at least in a way which causes less contamination of our habitat. No or reduced use of pesticides and synthetic fertilisers means less pollution of our soils and lakes, less cancers for farmers, and fewer health risks for children by reducing their contact with toxic chemicals.
A number of retailers of baby clothes also make a range of organic items or you can find designers solely committed to organic baby fashion. Either way, there are a lot of designs to choose from and all ages are provided for, from infants to adolescents. Naturally, organic clothes for men and women is also obtainable and I am looking into that for myself and my husband.
I am not saying that I am only going to purchase organic cotton or bamboo clothes (which is a fantastic alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my children but I am most definitely going try to whenever I can.
