Baby Clothes SILVERDALE

Long before I had my first child, I never really believed I would join a mothers group. Be that as it may, now that I am finally a mum, talking to other women about what is going on in my life has been a huge help. We talk about how we bring up our children, what to do and not to do, we share recipes, and we like to talk about the most recent baby outfits we have picked up.
I more often than not meet with 3 other mothers, once a month, to hear about the latest new. We often meet at Joy's Teriyaki & Hamburger Restaurant (which is in SILVERDALE, WA) as that is fairly central for all of us. Last week was really eye opening seeing we discussed organic baby clothing. I have been giving my baby boy organic meals from the beginning but I had not considered purchasing organic clothing for her.
Cotton is one of the most broadly grown plants in the US and one of the most harmful to the habitat and to farm workers. The run off from non-organic cotton farms has destroyed the environment and especially water bodies. Organic products are made without using artificial fertilisers and chemicals. Instead, organic farming depends upon things like crop rotation, improving soils naturally, and using organic insect control methods.
Benefits of Organic Baby Clothing
Buying organic clothes means you are purchasing clothes which have been produced in an eco-friendly manner, or at a minimum in a way which causes less contamination of soils and waterways. No or less use of herbicides and fertilisers means less pollution of our land and rivers, fewer cancers for farm employees, and fewer health risks for children by moderating their contact with dangerous chemicals.
Quite a few makers of baby clothes also make a range of organic items or you can find companies solely committed to organic baby clothes. Anyway, there are a lot of designs to choose from and all ages are provided for, from babies to teenagers. Naturally, organic fashion for men and women is also available and I am looking into that for myself and my husband.
I do not think that I am only ever going to purchase organic cotton or bamboo clothing (which is a great alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my baby but I am without a doubt going try to whenever I can.
