Baby Clothes SEATTLE

Back before I had my children, I had not believed I would be part of a mothers group. Be that as it may, now that I am a mother, talking to other parents about what is taking place in my life has benefited me immensely. We chat about how we deal with our children, what to do and not to do, we share meal plans, and we enjoy being able to talk about the latest baby clothes we have bought.

I more often than not meet with 3 other parents, once a month, to catch up on the latest happenings. We generally meet at Jet City Pizza (which is in SEATTLE, WA) as that is quite central for all of us. Last time was more interesting seeing we discussed organic baby clothing. I have been feeding my baby girl organic food from day one but I had never thought about getting organic clothing for her.

Cotton is one of the most broadly grown products in the US and one of the most ruinous to the environment and to farm workers. The run off from these farms has destroyed the environment and in particular water ways. Organic cotton is grown without the use of artificial fertilisers and insecticides. Instead, organic farming depends upon things like crop rotation, raising the quality of soils naturally, and using eco friendly pest control practices.

You can get organic cotton baby apparel online from a number of stores. Sckoon has some gorgeous organic baby clothes.

Benefits of Choosing Organic Products

Purchasing organic products means you are purchasing produce which have been produced in an environmentally friendly manner, or at a minimum in a way which causes less pollution of the environment. No or reduced use of insecticides and fertilisers means less pollution of our soils and waterways, less diseases for farm employees, and fewer health risks for our children by moderating their contact with potentially dangerous chemicals.

Several retailers of baby clothes also sell a range of organic items or you can find designers entirely dedicated to organic baby fashion. Anyway, there are a lot of marks to choose from and all ages are taken care of, from infants to adolescents. Obviously, organic clothing for men and women is also accessible and I am looking into that for myself and my partner.

I am not saying that I am only going to purchase organic cotton or bamboo cotton clothing (which is an amazing alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my baby but I am absolutely going try to whenever I can.
