Baby Clothes RALEIGH

Before I had my first child, I never thought I would join a mothers group. Be that as it may, now that I have become a new mother, chatting to other parents about what is happening in my life has really helped me. We discuss how we bring up our children, what to do and not to do, we share baby food recipes, and we love to chat about the latest baby fashions we have bought.
I generally go out with 2 other mothers, once a month, to catch up on the latest gossip. We usually meet at Gateway Restaurant (which is in RALEIGH, NC) as that is pretty central for all of us. Last time was more eye opening seeing we discussed organic baby clothing. I have been providing my baby boy organic food from day one but I had never thought about buying organic clothing for her.
Cotton is one of the most broadly grown plants in the US and one of the most ruinous to the habitat and to farm employees. The run off from cotton farms has ruined ecosystems and particularly water bodies. Organic cotton is grown without the use of artificial fertilisers and chemicals. Alternatively, organic farming depends on things like crop rotation, raising the quality of soils naturally, and using organic pest control methods.
Benefits of Choosing Organic Products
Buying organic products means you are getting clothes which have been produced in an eco friendly manner, or at least in a way which causes less damage to our habitat. No or a reduction in the use of insecticides and fertilisers means less pollution of our land and lakes, fewer cancers for farmers, and fewer health risks for our babies and children by reducing their contact with dangerous chemicals.
A number of retailers of baby clothes also make a range of organic clothing or you can find companies entirely committed to organic baby clothing. Anyway, there are a lot of designs to choose from and all ages are taken care of, from babies to older children. Obviously, organic clothes for men and women is also available and I am looking into that for myself and my man.
I do not think that I am only going to purchase organic cotton or bamboo cotton clothing (which is a good alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my children but I am without a doubt going try to whenever I can.
