Before I had my children, I had not imagined I would be part of a mothers group. However, now that I have become a mum, talking to other women about what is taking place in my life has really helped me. No or less use of herbicides and fertilisers means less pollution of our land and waterways, less health problems for farm workers, and fewer health risks for children by moderating their contact with dangerous chemicals.
