Baby Clothes PARIS

Before I had my baby, I never really believed I would be part of a mothers group. Anyhow, now that I have become a new mother, chatting to other parents about what is taking place in my life has been a huge help. We discuss how we bring up our children, what to do and not to do, we share baby food recipes, and we like to talk about the latest baby clothes we have picked up.

I more often than not meet with 2 other women, once a month, to catch up on the latest happenings. We often meet at Spanish American Restaurant (which is in PARIS, AR) as that is pretty central for all of us. Last week was particularly eye opening as we chatted about organic baby clothes. I have been feeding my baby organic meals from day one but I had never thought about purchasing organic clothing for her.

Cotton is one of the most popular plants in America and one of the most ruinous to the habitat and to farmers. The run off from non-organic cotton farms has ruined the environment and especially water supplies. Organic products are produced without the need for artificial fertilisers and chemicals. Instead, organic farming relies on things like crop rotation, enhancing soils naturally, and using organic insect control techniques.

Benefits of Choosing Organic Products

Getting organic products means you are getting produce which have been produced in an eco friendly manner, or at least in a way which causes less pollution of soils and waterways. No or reduced use of pesticides and synthetic fertilisers means less pollution of our farms and waterways, less cancers for farm workers, and fewer health risks for our babies and children by lessening their contact with dangerous chemicals.

Several producers of baby clothes also produce a range of organic clothing or you can find wholesalers solely dedicated to organic baby fashion. Anyway, there are a lot of brands to choose from and all ages are provided for, from babies to older children. Obviously, organic clothing for men and women is also accessible and I am looking into that for myself and my partner.

I would not go as far to say that I am only ever going to purchase organic cotton or bamboo cotton clothing (which is a fantastic alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my children but I am absolutely going try to whenever it is available.
