Baby Clothes NASHVILLE

Back before I had my baby, I never really believed I would be part of a mothers group. Anyhow, now that I am finally a mum, being able to talk to other mothers about what is going on in my life has really helped me. We talk about how we deal with our children, what to do and not to do, we share meal plans, and we love to discuss the most recent baby clothes we have purchased.
I generally meet with 2 other women, once a month, to find out the latest new. We often meet at Briarpatch Catering (which is in NASHVILLE, TN) as that is quite central for all of us. Last time was more exciting because we talked about baby clothes. I have been giving my baby boy organic meals from day one but it had never crossed my mind to purchasing organic clothing for her.
Cotton is one of the most broadly grown products in the world and one of the most ruinous to the habitat and to farm employees. The run off from cotton farms has damaged the environment and in particular water supplies. Organic produce is made without the need for artificial fertilisers and pesticides. Alternatively, organic farming relies on things like crop rotation, enhancing soils naturally, and using eco friendly pest control practices.
Benefits of Organic Clothing
Getting organic clothes means you are getting produce which have been produced in an eco friendly manner, or at least in a way which causes less damage to soils and waterways. No or a reduction in the use of insecticides and fertilisers means less pollution of our land and rivers, less cancers for farm employees, and fewer health risks for our children by moderating their contact with dangerous chemicals.
A number of retailers of baby clothes also produce a range of organic clothes or you can find stores completely committed to organic baby fashion. Thankfully, there are a lot of designs to choose from and all ages are provided for, from toddlers to teenagers. Of course, organic clothes for men and women is also accessible and I am looking into that for myself and my man.
I would not go as far to say that I am just going to purchase organic cotton or bamboo clothes (which is a fantastic alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my children but I am without a doubt going try to whenever I can.
