Baby Clothes MORGAN

Back before I had my baby, I never thought I would be part of a mothers group. Anyhow, now that I am finally a mother, being able to talk to other mothers about what is happening in my life has really helped me. We chat about how we raise our children, what to do and not to do, we share meal plans, and we love to discuss the most recent baby fashions we have bought.
I generally get together with 3 other parents, once a fortnight, to hear about the latest new. We generally meet at Serafinas Pizza (which is in MORGAN, PA) as that is fairly central for all of us. Last month was really exciting because we chatted about organic baby clothing. I have been providing my baby organic food from the start but it had never crossed my mind to getting organic clothing for her.
Cotton is one of the most widely grown plants in the US and one of the most devastating to the environment and to farm employees. The run off from non-organic cotton farms has ruined habitats and in particular water ways. Organic cotton is grown without the need for artificial fertilisers and insecticides. Alternatively, organic farming relies on things like crop rotation, enhancing soils naturally, and using organic insect control practices.
Benefits of Organic Baby Clothing
Buying organic clothes means you are buying clothes which have been produced in an eco-friendly manner, or at least in a way which causes less pollution of soils and waterways. No or a reduction in the use of herbicides and synthetic fertilisers means less pollution of our farms and rivers, less diseases for farm employees, and fewer health risks for children by lessening their contact with dangerous chemicals.
A number of producers of baby clothes also produce a range of organic items or you can find companies entirely dedicated to organic baby fashion. Either way, there are a lot of designs to choose from and all ages are catered for, from infants to adolescents. Obviously, organic fashion for men and women is also accessible and I am looking into that for myself and my man.
I would not go as far to say that I am only going to buy organic cotton or bamboo clothing (which is an amazing alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my child but I am without a doubt going try to whenever I can.
