Baby Clothes MENOMONEE FALLS

Long before I had my baby, I had not imagined I would belong to a mothers group. Be that as it may, now that I am finally a new mother, chatting to other mothers about what is happening in my life has really helped me. We discuss how we bring up our children, what to do and not to do, we share meal plans, and we enjoy being able to talk about the newest baby outfits we have bought.
I more often than not meet with 4 other women, once a week, to hear about the latest new. We usually meet at Aunt Annie's International Kitchen (which is in MENOMONEE FALLS, WI) as that is fairly central for all of us. Last month was really interesting because we chatted about organic baby clothing. I have been giving my baby boy organic food from day one but it had never crossed my mind to buying organic clothing for her.
Cotton is one of the most broadly grown plants in America and one of the most ruinous to the ecosystem and to farm employees. The run off from non-organic cotton farms has ruined habitats and especially water supplies. Organic produce is grown without the use of artificial fertilisers and pesticides. Alternatively, organic farming depends on things like crop rotation, raising the quality of soils naturally, and using organic pest control techniques.
Benefits of Organic Baby Clothing
Buying organic clothes means you are purchasing products which have been produced in an eco-friendly manner, or at least in a way which causes less contamination of the environment. No or reduced use of insecticides and fertilizers means less pollution of our soils and rivers, fewer diseases for farm workers, and fewer health risks for our children by lessening their contact with toxic chemicals.
A number of makers of baby clothes also produce a range of organic clothes or you can find stores solely devoted to organic baby clothes. Thankfully, there are a lot of brands to choose from and all ages are catered for, from infants to adolescents. Naturally, organic fashion for men and women is also obtainable and I am looking into that for myself and my partner.
I am not saying that I am just going to purchase organic cotton or bamboo cotton clothing (which is an amazing alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my baby but I am absolutely going try to whenever it is available.
