Back before I had my baby, I never thought I would be part of a mothers group. Be that as it may, now that I have become a mother, talking to other mothers about what is taking place in my life has benefited me immensely. Buying organic produce means you are buying produce which have been produced in an eco friendly manner, or at a minimum in a way which causes less damage to soils and waterways. No or reduced use of insecticides and fertilisers means less pollution of our farms and lakes, less cancers for farm employees, and fewer health risks for children by lessening their contact with dangerous chemicals.

Many wholesalers of baby clothes also sell a range of organic items or you can find shops solely dedicated to organic baby clothing. Thankfully, there are a lot of marks to choose from and all ages are catered for, from babies to teenagers. Naturally, organic fashion for men and women is also available and I am looking into that for myself and my man.

I do not think that I am just going to purchase organic cotton or bamboo clothing (which is a fantastic alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my children but I am definitely going try to whenever possible.
