Before I had my baby, I never thought I would be part of a mothers group. However, now that I am a mother, talking to other mothers about what is taking place in my life has really helped me. We talk about how we bring up our children, what to do and not to do, we share meal plans, and we like to chat about the latest baby outfits we have purchased.

Benefits of Organic Clothing

Buying organic produce means you are getting produce which have been produced in an eco-friendly manner, or at the very least in a way which causes less contamination of soils and waterways. No or a reduction in the use of herbicides and fertilisers means less pollution of our soils and waterways, less diseases for farm workers, and fewer health risks for children by reducing their contact with potentially dangerous chemicals.

A number of retailers of baby clothes also sell a range of organic clothing or you can find shops solely committed to organic baby fashion. Either way, there are a lot of designs to choose from and all ages are catered for, from toddlers to adolescents. Obviously, organic clothing for men and women is also obtainable and I am looking into that for myself and my man.

I would not go as far to say that I am only going to purchase organic cotton or bamboo clothing (which is an amazing alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my children but I am absolutely going try to whenever it is available.
