Back before I had my baby, I never thought I would be part of a mothers group. Anyhow, now that I have become a mum, being able to talk to other women about what is going on in my life has really helped me. Getting organic clothes means you are buying clothes which have been produced in an environmentally friendly manner, or at a minimum in a way which causes less damage to the environment. No or a reduction in the use of insecticides and synthetic fertilisers means less pollution of our soils and lakes, less health problems for farm employees, and fewer health risks for our babies and children by moderating their contact with potentially dangerous chemicals.

Anyway, there are a lot of designs to choose from and all ages are provided for, from babies to teenagers. Of course, organic fashion for men and women is also obtainable and I am looking into that for myself and my husband.

I do not think that I am only ever going to buy organic cotton or bamboo clothes (which is a fantastic alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my baby but I am most definitely going try to whenever possible.
