Baby Clothes HUNTERSVILLE

Before I had my first child, I had not imagined I would join a mothers group. However, now that I have become a new mother, being able to talk to other women about what is happening in my life has really helped me. We talk about how we bring up our children, what to do and not to do, we share baby food recipes, and we like to talk about the latest baby outfits we have purchased.
I generally go out with 2 other women, once a month, to find out the latest new. We generally meet at Chicken King 6 (which is in HUNTERSVILLE, NC) as that is pretty central for all of us. Last time was really exciting seeing we discussed organic baby clothes. I have been giving my baby girl organic produce from the start but I had never thought about getting organic clothing for her.
Cotton is one of the most widely grown crops in the world and one of the most devastating to the environment and to farm workers. The run off from these farms has destroyed habitats and particularly water bodies. Organic products are made without the use of artificial fertilisers and pesticides. Alternatively, organic farming depends on things like crop rotation, improving soils naturally, and using eco friendly pest control practices.
You can purchase organic baby clothing online from a number of retailers. Sckoon has some gorgeous organic baby apparel.

Benefits of Organic Baby Clothing
Purchasing organic produce means you are buying produce which have been produced in an environmentally friendly manner, or at the very least in a way which causes less pollution of soils and waterways. No or less use of herbicides and fertilisers means less pollution of our land and rivers, reduced cancers for farm employees, and fewer health risks for our children by lessening their contact with toxic chemicals.
Many makers of baby clothes also produce a range of organic clothing or you can find designers solely devoted to organic baby clothes. Anyway, there are a lot of marks to choose from and all ages are catered for, from toddlers to older children. Of course, organic fashion for men and women is also available and I am looking into that for myself and my man.
I am not saying that I am only ever going to purchase organic cotton or bamboo clothes (which is a great alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my baby but I am most definitely going try to whenever it is available.
