Baby Clothes FRISCO

Back before I had my first child, I never thought I would belong to a mothers group. However, now that I have become a mum, talking to other mothers about what is taking place in my life has been a huge help. We talk about how we raise our children, what to do and not to do, we share recipes, and we enjoy being able to discuss the most recent baby fashions we have bought.
I generally meet with 4 other parents, once a week, to find out the latest gossip. We generally meet at Manchu Wok (which is in FRISCO, TX) as that is quite central for all of us. Last time was more interesting seeing we discussed organic baby clothes. I have been feeding my baby boy organic produce from the start but I had not considered buying organic clothing for her.
Cotton is one of the most broadly grown products in the world and one of the most ruinous to the ecosystem and to farm workers. The run off from these farms has ruined the environment and in particular water bodies. Organic produce is produced without the use of artificial fertilisers and insecticides. Instead, organic farming depends on things like crop rotation, enhancing soils naturally, and using organic insect control methods.
You can purchase organic cotton baby outfits online from a number of retailers. Sckoon is my favourite for organic baby apparel.

Benefits of Organic Baby Clothing
Purchasing organic clothes means you are getting products which have been produced in an environmentally friendly manner, or at a minimum in a way which causes less contamination of soils and waterways. No or less use of pesticides and fertilizers means less pollution of our soils and lakes, fewer cancers for farm workers, and fewer health risks for our babies and children by reducing their contact with potentially dangerous chemicals.
Several retailers of baby clothes also produce a range of organic clothes or you can find companies completely dedicated to organic baby fashion. Anyway, there are a lot of brands to choose from and all ages are provided for, from babies to adolescents. Of course, organic fashion for men and women is also available and I am looking into that for myself and my husband.
I am not saying that I am only going to purchase organic cotton or bamboo cotton clothing (which is an excellent alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my child but I am definitely going try to whenever it is available.
