Back before I had my baby, I never believed I would be part of a mothers group. Be that as it may, now that I am a mother, talking to other parents about what is happening in my life has been a huge help. Getting organic produce means you are purchasing products which have been produced in an eco friendly manner, or at least in a way which causes less damage to soils and waterways. No or a reduction in the use of herbicides and fertilisers means less pollution of our land and rivers, less diseases for farmers, and fewer health risks for children by reducing their contact with dangerous chemicals.

Either way, there are a lot of designs to choose from and all ages are catered for, from babies to teenagers. I do not think that I am only ever going to purchase organic cotton or bamboo clothing (which is an amazing alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my child but I am absolutely going try to whenever possible.
