Long before I had my children, I never thought I would join a mothers group. Anyhow, now that I am a mum, being able to talk to other mothers about what is happening in my life has really helped me. We discuss how we raise our children, what to do and not to do, we share baby food recipes, and we like to discuss the most recent baby fashions we have picked up.

I usually get together with 2 other mothers, once a month, to catch up on the latest happenings. We generally meet at Farm House (which is in DOYLESTOWN, PA) as that is fairly central for all of us. No or less use of insecticides and fertilizers means less pollution of our land and lakes, reduced cancers for farm workers, and fewer health risks for children by moderating their contact with potentially dangerous chemicals.
