Baby Clothes DOLTON

Before I had my children, I had not believed I would belong to a mothers group. Anyhow, now that I am a mother, chatting to other parents about what is taking place in my life has benefited me immensely. We discuss how we raise our children, what to do and not to do, we share baby food recipes, and we enjoy being able to talk about the most recent baby outfits we have purchased.
I generally go out with 2 other mothers, once a fortnight, to hear about the latest new. We generally meet at Al's Pub & Sandwich Shop (which is in DOLTON, IL) as that is quite central for all of us. Last month was particularly eye opening as we talked about organic baby clothing. I have been feeding my baby boy organic meals from the start but I had not considered purchasing organic clothing for her.
Cotton is one of the most popular products in America and one of the most devastating to the habitat and to farm employees. The run off from non-organic cotton farms has damaged habitats and in particular water ways. Organic produce is produced without the use of artificial fertilisers and chemicals. Rather, organic farming depends upon things like crop rotation, improving soils naturally, and using organic pest control techniques.
Benefits of Organic Baby Clothing
Buying organic clothes means you are getting products which have been produced in an eco-friendly manner, or at least in a way which causes less contamination of soils and waterways. No or a reduction in the use of insecticides and fertilizers means less pollution of our farms and lakes, reduced cancers for farmers, and fewer health risks for children by moderating their contact with dangerous chemicals.
A number of producers of baby clothes also produce a range of organic clothes or you can find wholesalers completely dedicated to organic baby clothes. Either way, there are a lot of marks to choose from and all ages are catered for, from babies to adolescents. Obviously, organic clothing for men and women is also obtainable and I am looking into that for myself and my partner.
I am not saying that I am just going to purchase organic cotton or bamboo cotton clothing (which is an excellent alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my child but I am most definitely going try to whenever possible.
