Baby Clothes CROCKETT

Back before I had my children, I never believed I would join a mothers group. Anyhow, now that I am a mum, being able to talk to other women about what is going on in my life has been a huge help. We chat about how we raise our children, what to do and not to do, we share baby food recipes, and we like to discuss the latest baby outfits we have purchased.
I usually get together with 3 other women, once a month, to hear about the latest happenings. We generally meet at MLA (which is in CROCKETT, TX) as that is fairly central for all of us. Last month was really exciting as we talked about organic baby clothing. I have been providing my baby boy organic food from the beginning but I had never thought about getting organic clothing for her.
Cotton is one of the most widely grown plants in the world and one of the most ruinous to the habitat and to farm workers. The run off from non-organic cotton farms has ruined ecosystems and particularly water supplies. Organic cotton is made without the use of artificial fertilisers and insecticides. Alternatively, organic farming depends upon things like crop rotation, enhancing soils naturally, and using organic pest control techniques.
You can get soft organic cotton baby clothing online from a number of stores. Sckoon has some beautiful organic baby clothes.

Benefits of Organic Clothing
Buying organic produce means you are purchasing produce which have been produced in an environmentally friendly manner, or at least in a way which causes less contamination of soils and waterways. No or a reduction in the use of insecticides and synthetic fertilisers means less pollution of our soils and rivers, fewer diseases for farm workers, and fewer health risks for our babies and children by lessening their contact with dangerous chemicals.
Several producers of baby clothes also make a range of organic clothes or you can find companies entirely devoted to organic baby clothes. Either way, there are a lot of marks to choose from and all ages are catered for, from babies to older children. Naturally, organic fashion for men and women is also available and I am looking into that for myself and my partner.
I would not go as far to say that I am just going to purchase organic cotton or bamboo cotton clothing (which is a great alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my baby but I am definitely going try to whenever I can.
