Baby Clothes CHICAGO

Before I had my baby, I never believed I would belong to a mothers group. However, now that I am a mum, chatting to other mothers about what is taking place in my life has been a huge help. We chat about how we deal with our children, what to do and not to do, we share baby food recipes, and we like to talk about the most recent baby clothes we have purchased.
I usually go out with 4 other parents, once a week, to hear about the latest new. We generally meet at Thai D Lite (which is in CHICAGO, IL) as that is pretty central for all of us. Last time was particularly eye opening seeing we chatted about baby clothes. I have been providing my baby boy organic food from the start but it had never crossed my mind to purchasing organic clothing for her.
Cotton is one of the most widely grown plants in the world and one of the most ruinous to the environment and to farmers. The run off from non-organic cotton farms has damaged ecosystems and in particular water supplies. Organic cotton is produced without the use of artificial fertilisers and pesticides. Alternatively, organic farming depends on things like crop rotation, raising the quality of soils naturally, and using organic pest control practices.
You can purchase organic cotton baby clothes online from a number of stores. Sckoon has some of the cutest organic baby apparel.

Benefits of Choosing Organic Products
Getting organic produce means you are purchasing clothes which have been produced in an eco friendly manner, or at least in a way which causes less contamination of the environment. No or a reduction in the use of herbicides and fertilisers means less pollution of our soils and lakes, reduced diseases for farm workers, and fewer health risks for our babies and children by moderating their contact with toxic chemicals.
Many retailers of baby clothes also sell a range of organic clothes or you can find designers entirely committed to organic baby clothing. Anyway, there are a lot of designs to choose from and all ages are taken care of, from infants to older children. Of course, organic fashion for men and women is also obtainable and I am looking into that for myself and my husband.
I am not saying that I am just going to buy organic cotton or bamboo clothes (which is a good alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my baby but I am definitely going try to whenever I can.
