Baby Clothes CAMP HILL

Long before I had my children, I never believed I would be part of a mothers group. Be that as it may, now that I am finally a new mother, being able to talk to other parents about what is happening in my life has benefited me immensely. We discuss how we bring up our children, what to do and not to do, we share meal plans, and we like to talk about the latest baby outfits we have picked up.
I usually meet with 3 other parents, once a month, to find out the latest gossip. We generally meet at My Place Pizza (which is in CAMP HILL, PA) as that is quite central for all of us. Last month was particularly interesting because we chatted about organic baby clothes. I have been providing my baby girl organic meals from the beginning but it had never crossed my mind to getting organic clothing for her.
Cotton is one of the most broadly grown plants in the world and one of the most devastating to the environment and to farm workers. The run off from non-organic cotton farms has damaged habitats and particularly water supplies. Organic produce is grown without the need for artificial fertilisers and insecticides. Rather, organic farming relies on things like crop rotation, raising the quality of soils naturally, and using organic pest control methods.
Benefits of Choosing Organic Products
Purchasing organic produce means you are buying produce which have been produced in an environmentally friendly manner, or at the very least in a way which causes less damage to the environment. No or less use of pesticides and fertilizers means less pollution of our soils and rivers, reduced cancers for farmers, and fewer health risks for our children by lessening their contact with dangerous chemicals.
A number of producers of baby clothes also produce a range of organic items or you can find shops completely devoted to organic baby fashion. Anyway, there are a lot of marks to choose from and all ages are taken care of, from babies to teenagers. Of course, organic clothing for men and women is also accessible and I am looking into that for myself and my partner.
I would not go as far to say that I am only ever going to get organic cotton or bamboo cotton clothing (which is an excellent alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my baby but I am most definitely going try to whenever I can.
