Baby Clothes BRYAN

Long before I had my baby, I never believed I would join a mothers group. However, now that I have become a mum, being able to talk to other women about what is going on in my life has really helped me. We discuss how we bring up our children, what to do and not to do, we share baby food recipes, and we love to discuss the latest baby clothes we have picked up.

I generally meet with 3 other women, once a month, to catch up on the latest happenings. We often meet at Mr Gatti's Pizza (which is in BRYAN, TX) as that is fairly central for all of us. Last time was particularly exciting seeing we talked about organic baby clothing. I have been providing my baby girl organic produce from the beginning but I had not considered getting organic clothing for her.

Cotton is one of the most broadly grown products in America and one of the most devastating to the habitat and to farm workers. The run off from these farms has damaged the environment and particularly water supplies. Organic produce is made without using artificial fertilisers and insecticides. Rather, organic farming relies on things like crop rotation, enhancing soils naturally, and using organic insect control practices.

Benefits of Organic Baby Clothing

Purchasing organic produce means you are getting clothes which have been produced in an eco friendly manner, or at a minimum in a way which causes less pollution of the environment. No or reduced use of herbicides and fertilizers means less pollution of our soils and rivers, less diseases for farmers, and fewer health risks for our babies and children by moderating their contact with potentially dangerous chemicals.

Quite a few wholesalers of baby clothes also sell a range of organic clothing or you can find stores entirely dedicated to organic baby clothes. Anyway, there are a lot of marks to choose from and all ages are provided for, from babies to older children. Obviously, organic clothing for men and women is also accessible and I am looking into that for myself and my partner.

I do not think that I am just going to purchase organic cotton or bamboo clothes (which is a good alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my children but I am without a doubt going try to whenever it is available.
