Baby Clothes BEVERLY HILLS

Before I had my first child, I never thought I would be part of a mothers group. Be that as it may, now that I am a mother, chatting to other parents about what is happening in my life has been a huge help. We discuss how we raise our children, what to do and not to do, we share baby food recipes, and we enjoy being able to chat about the latest baby clothes we have bought.

I generally go out with 4 other women, once a month, to catch up on the latest new. We often meet at Café Rodeo (which is in BEVERLY HILLS, CA) as that is quite central for all of us. Last time was more eye opening seeing we chatted about organic baby clothes. I have been providing my baby organic produce from the beginning but I had never thought about getting organic clothing for her.

Cotton is one of the most broadly grown products in America and one of the most harmful to the environment and to farm workers. The run off from non-organic cotton farms has destroyed habitats and particularly water ways. Organic products are grown without the need for artificial fertilisers and pesticides. Alternatively, organic farming depends upon things like crop rotation, enhancing soils naturally, and using organic insect control practices.

Benefits of Organic Baby Clothing

Purchasing organic clothes means you are purchasing produce which have been produced in an environmentally friendly manner, or at the very least in a way which causes less damage to the environment. No or reduced use of herbicides and fertilisers means less pollution of our soils and lakes, less health problems for farm employees, and fewer health risks for our babies and children by lessening their contact with toxic chemicals.

Several retailers of baby clothes also make a range of organic clothing or you can find wholesalers completely committed to organic baby fashion. Either way, there are a lot of brands to choose from and all ages are catered for, from toddlers to adolescents. Obviously, organic clothes for men and women is also accessible and I am looking into that for myself and my man.

I do not think that I am only ever going to get organic cotton or bamboo cotton clothing (which is a good alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my child but I am most definitely going try to whenever it is available.
